The Town Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Phelps Town Court/Meeting Facility, 1331 State Route 88 in Phelps. Meetings are open to the public. For 2025, the Town of Phelps will hold the Regular Town Board meetings both in-person and virtually via the Zoom Video Communications platform.
A link to join the meeting virtually will be posted on the Town website under the events section and Facebook. Please be aware that the meetings will be recorded both visually and audibly. Additionally, the agenda for each meeting will be posted 24 hours prior to the meeting on the Town website under News and Notices and on Facebook.
